Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you enjoy the product you ordered. If you are not satisfied with the item, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused items in sellable condition within 30 days of delivery.

If you need to return the goods, you need to contact the customer service first. Please do not directly send the goods to the return address or the sender's address without contacting the customer service. This will affect your return process.
 
Return Procedure
1.Please contact our customer service with a description of the item you wish to return, the order ID, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item's current condition. If there are quality issues such as product breakage, please provide an image of the exact defective part of the item and the label.
*If the product has quality problems such as breakage, we will give you a refund. If it is a non-quality return, the buyer needs to bear the shipping cost.
2. Please send your item back according to our service team's return instructions
3. Our warehouse will return the corresponding refund to the original payment account or credit card within 7 days after receiving your item and approving your request. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
*If you have not received your refund within 14 days of shipping out your returned product, please contact us.
 
The below conditions are not quality issues:
1.Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.
2.Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues. Please refer to our sizing chart for final decision on your purchase.
3.Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues
4.Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues
5.Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality issues and are not accepted for returns
6.Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences to different items with the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.
