How can I contact you?
Should you like to email us, please contact the following: service@sportgirl.com. Please provide as much information as possible, such as order number, shipping number, email address, pictures, etc. This will allow us to answer any of your questions as quickly as possible.
 
Can I change my shipping address?
We understand that you may now need to amend your delivery addresses. If your order has not shipped, you can contact our customer service team to request an address modification. Please note that we are not authorized to modify the address if the order is already in transit.

What is the status of my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking link in this email to view the updated status of your package.

Can I return it if I am not satisfied?
Yes! Our returns policy is 30 days to give everyone plenty of time to return items to us when its safe to do so. Please contact customer service to request a return.
 
Received a faulty item?
We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please contact our customer service, we will deal with it for you as soon as possible.
 
Why did I not receive all the items?
We will always try to get your order to you in the most efficient and sustainable way possible. However, due to inventory or warehouse reasons, your order will be shipped from a different warehouse. If this happens please don't worry, the remainder of the items in your order will arrive shortly afterwards.
 
How should I take care of my clothes?
  1. Read the care label. Its will help you avoid any washing, drying or ironing errors at the wrong setting.
  2. Wash your clothes inside out. They will be cleaned more thoroughly.
  3. Wash at low or cold temperatures. The fabric fibers of sports clothes may be damaged and shrink if washed at too high a temperature.
